هدفت الدراسة الى التعرف على متطلبات تطوير أداء قيادات الإشراف التربوي بوزارة التعليم في ضوء مدخل الإثراء الوظيفي من وجهة نظر القيادات الاشرافية ، وتم استخدام المنهج الوصفي المسحي، والاستبانة بعد التأكد من صدقها وثباتها لجمع المعلومات من عينة الدراسة التي تكونت من (318) قائداً وقائدة تربوية، وأظهرت النتائج أن مستوى موافقة افراد عينة الدراسة على متطلبات تطوير أداء القيادات الاشرافية جاء كبيرا وبمتوسط حسابي (4.11)، وتوصي الباحثة بمنح القيادات الاشرافية مزيداً من الصلاحيات والاستقلالية لممارسة أدوارهم بفاعلية وحرية وبناء برامج للتنمية المهنية المستدامة تمكنهم من التعامل باحترافية مع تقنية البرمجيات اللازمة لتطوير أدائهم.
The study aimed to identify the requirements for developing the performance of educational supervision leaders at the Ministry of Education in light of the job enrichment approach from the point of view of supervisory leaders at the Ministry of Education in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. To achieve this goal, the descriptive survey method was used, and the questionnaire was used after ensuring its validity and reliability to collect information from a sample. The study, which consisted of (318) male and female educational leaders, The results showed that the level of approval of the study sample members on the requirements for developing the performance of supervisory leaders was high, with a mean of (4.11). The researcher recommends granting supervisory leaders more powers and independence to exercise their roles effectively and freely and building programs for sustainable professional development for educational supervisors. Enables them to deal professionally with information technology and software necessary to develop their performance.
