الملخص: يهدف هذا البحث إلى تحديد تأثيرعمليات إدارة المعرفة فى تحسين الجودة الشاملة بمصلحة الضرائب المصرية، ومحاولة تقديم مجموعة من التوصيات والمقترحات تساهم في تحقيق مستوى عالي من الجودة الشاملة، وتوصل البحث إلى مجموعة من النتائج أهمها: وجود تأثير معنوي ذو دلالة إحصائية لإدارة المعرفة على تحسين الجودة الشاملة بمصلحة الضرائب المصرية، کما قدم مجموعة من التوصيات أهمها: إنشاء وتهيئة البنية التحتية الملائمة لإدارة المعرفة، رفع کفاءة إدارة الموارد البشرية لتعظيم الإستفادة منها بالشکل الذي ينعکس على قيمة المصلحة، رفع مستوى کفاءة إدارة العلاقة مع الممولين لتحقيق الالتزام الطوعي لدى ممولي الضريبة.  
  Abstract: This research aims to determine the effect of knowledge management processes to improve the total quality in Egyptian Tax Authority, and try to provide a set of recommendations to achieving a high level of total quality, and reach a set of results, including: the existence of a significant effect of knowledge management to improve the total quality, as presented a set of recommendations, including: the establishment and create the appropriate infrastructure for knowledge management, Raising the efficiency of human resource management to maximize the use of the form in which, Raise the level of efficiency of managing the relationship with Financiers to achieve voluntary compliance with the financiers of the tax.
