الملخص: هدفت الدراسة إلى قياس أثر معيار القيادة على الأداء الجامعي في إطار المعايير العالمية للجودة، ولقد طبقت الدراسة في جامعات قطاع غزة، وقد استخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي التحليلي لهذا الغرض، وتم استخدام الاستبيان لجمع البيانات باستخدام العينات الطبقية، وتکونت عينة الدراسة من (200) فرداً، وقد استجاب منهم (182). وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج أهمها: وجود مستوى مرتفع من معيار الترکيز على القوى البشرية، ونتائج أدائها في الجامعات محل الدراسة، حيث بلغت النسبة المئوية لمعيار الترکيز على القوى البشرية:(72.93%)،  کما بلغت نسبة معيار نتائج القوى البشرية(72.77%)، کما أظهرت النتائج وجود أثر دال إحصائياً لمعيار الترکيز على القوى البشرية على نتائج أدائها.
  Abstract:  The study aims to measuring the effect of human resources criteria on the human resources results with accordance to the global quality standards framework. The descriptive analytical method is used in this study and it conducts at the major Universities in Gaza Strip, The data are collected through questionnaire using layer samples method, The study sample consists of (200) respondents, (182) of them respond. The study shows many important results as: there is a high level of human resources criteria and human resources performance results in the targeted universities, the percent of human resources Focus:(72.93%), and the percent of human resources results is (69.22%), there is a significant effect to human resources focus criteria on human resources results criteria.
