هدفت الدراسة إلى الکشف عن درجة تطبيق الشفافية الإدارية في الإدارة العامة للتعليم بمنطقة تبوک  من وجهة نظر منسوبيها وفقاً للمجالات التالية: (اللوائح والأنظمة، والاتصال الإداري، وإجراءات العمل، وتقييم الأداء، والمساءلة، والمشارکة في اتخاذ القرار)، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة اُستُخدم المنهج الوصفي بأسلوبه المسحي، کما اُستُخدمت الاستبانة کأداة لجمع البيانات، و تکونت عينة الدراسة من(520) فرداً بنسبة (38%) من مجتمع الدراسة البالغ عددهم (1375 ) فرداً من کافة المشرفين والمشرفات والإداريين والإداريات في الإدارة العامة للتعليم بمنطقة تبوک، وتم اختيارهم بطريقة العينة الطبقية العشوائية، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى عدة نتائج من أهمها:  جاء المتوسط العام لواقع تطبيق الشفافية الإدارية في الإدارة العامة للتعليم بمنطقة تبوک بدرجة قليلة؛ وبمتوسط حسابي (2,56)، حيث جاءت مجالات تطبيق الشفافية الإدارية ما بين المتوسطة والقليلة، ومرتبة على النحو التالي (مجال اللوائح والأنظمة في المرتبة الأولى، تلاه مجال إجراءات العمل في المرتبة الثانية، ثم  مجال تقييم الأداء في المرتبة الثالثة، تلاه مجال المساءلة  في المرتبة الرابعة، و في المرتبة الخامسة مجال المشارکة في اتخاذ القرار، وحل مجال الاتصال الإداري في المرتبة الأخيرة).
This study aimed to reveal the degree of applying the administrative transparency in General administration of education in Tabuk from the viewpoint of the employees based on the following fields: (laws, regulations, provisions, administrative communication, work procedures, evaluation performance, accountability and participation in the decision-making process). In order to achieve the objectives of the study, a descriptive approach using a questionnaire was used for data collection. The study sample consisted of 520 individuals with a percentage of 38% among the society of the study which consisted of (1375) member of males and females supervisors and administrators in the general administration of education in the area of Tabuk whom were chosen randomly. The study revealed that the overall average of the application of the administrative transparency in the general administration of education in Tabuk was low, the mathematical average was (2,56), whereby the fields of applying the administrative transparency came between medium and low, and ranked as following (the field of regulations and systems in the first place, followed by the field of work procedures in second place, then the field of performance evaluation in the third place, followed by the field of accountability in the fourth place, the area of participation in decision-making, and solving the field of administrative communication came in the last ran).
