Objective : Cyfra 21-1 is a tumor marker that measusescytokeration 19 fragments by ELISA techmque. In this shidy, weeraluated its usefulmess in serum & urine of blodder camcer palients.Metheds : we measured serum & urine lyfra 21-1 in 24 bladda cancespatients ( 18 TCC & 6 SCC ), 8 patients ar the BPH & M healthyindivieluals as control group. Statistical comparisons were performedbetween groups & their immunohistochemical reactinty. Results :Serum & urine cyfra 21-1 levels were significalntly higher in blaolderconcer group thon in each BPH & control group. Conclusion : urinecoyfra 21-1 is a useful tumor marker in sereening for bladder concerthan serum cyfra 21.1 among non-mctastatic patient.
