This review of literature discuss the use of non invasive ventilation as a method of mechanical ventilation at the aim of reducing the use of invasive ventilation .This study will show the efficiency of its use in different clinical condition. Finally reducing the rate of ventilator associated pneumonia, and stay in hospital reducing cost effect and mortality and morbidity indices.
