Egypt's Integrated National Financing Framework (INFF) aims to close the financing gap and accelerate the achievement of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) by mobilizing public and private, domestic and international resources. The strategy prioritizes seven key sectors, notably transport and women's empowerment. It outlines diverse financing tools and implementation reforms in policy, institutions, instruments, and capacity-building. Discussions highlighted the need to update data, include more economic sectors, and address institutional coordination challenges. The importance of clearer financing gap methodologies and aligning with Egypt's specific development context was also emphasized.
