هدفت هذه الد ا رسة إلى وضع تصور يتعلق بتحسين أداء المنظمات محل الد ا رسة ودعم قدرتها على البقاء والاستم ا ررية وتحقيق المرونة التنظيمية من خلال مواجهة الأزمات والسيطرة على المخاطر ) التي تواجهها تلك المنظمات، ولهذا الغرض تم تصميم استمارة الاستقصاء التي تكونت من ) 80 عبارة، وقد تم تو زيع استمارة الاستقصاء على مفردات العينة، حيث تم توزيع عدد ) 120 ( استمارة تم استرداد منها ) 111 ( صالحة لإج ا رء التحليل الإحصائي، وقد اعتمدت هذه الد ا رسة على المنهج الوصفي التحليل بالإضافة إلى أسلوب الد ا رسة الميدانية لجمع البيانات اللازمة لإتمامها، وقد تم في تحليل البيانات المجمعة. )SPSS( استخدام التحليل الإحصائي وقد توصلت الد ا رسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج من أهمها وجود علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين محاور إدارة استم ا ررية الأعمال والمتمثلة في )متطلبات تطبيق استم ا ررية الأعمال، الفهم الكامل لطبيعة عمل المؤسسة، صياغة ا ست ا رتيجية إدارة استم ا ررية الأعمال، تطوير وتنفيذ الاستجابة لإدارة استم ا ررية الأعمال(، وبين محاور مواجهة الأزمات والمخاطر والمتمثلة في )الوقاية والتخفيف، الاستعداد، الاستجابة، التعافي(. كما أوصت الد ا رسة في نهايتها بضرورة إنشاء وحدات أقسام لإدارة استم ا ررية الأعمال في الشركات والمؤسسات الصناعية محل الد ا رسة وضرورة الاهتمام بتوفير متطلبات تطبيق إدارة استم ا ررية الأعمال، مع ضرورة توفير بيئة قانونية وتشريعية مواتية لتطبيق ب ا رمج إدارة استم ا ررية الأعمال . الكلمات الدالة: است ا رتيجية الأعمال، مواجهة الأزمات، منظمات الأ

This study aimed to develop a vision related to improving the performance of the organizations under study, supporting their ability to survive and sustain and achieving organizational flexibility by facing crises and controlling the risks that these organizations face,For this purpose, the survey questionnaire was designed, which consisted of (80) statements. The survey form was distributed among the sample items, whereby (120) questionnaires were distributed from which (111) were retrieved valid for conducting statistical analysis, This study relied on the descriptive analysis approach in addition to the field study method to collect the data necessary to complete it. Statistical analysis (SPSS) was used in the analysis of the collected data. The study found a set of results, the most important of which is the existence of a statistically significant relationship between the axes of business continuity management represented in (requirements for the application of business continuity, a full understanding of the nature of the organization’s work, formulating a business continuity management strategy, developing and implementing the response to business continuity management), and between the axes Confronting crises and risks represented in (prevention and mitigation, preparedness, response, recovery). The study also recommended at the end of the study the necessity of establishing units of departments for business continuity management in the companies and industrial establishments under study and the need to pay attention to providing requirements for the application of business continuity management, with the need to provide a legal and legislative environment conducive to the implementation of business continuity management programs.
