التعديات على الأراضى الزراعية الخسائر وسبل المواجهة

تعد الموارد الأرضية والزراعية منها على وجه الخصوص أحد الثروات الطبيعية التي تكونت عبر آلاف السنین، والتي يعد الحفاظ علیها واجب وطني من الجميع، ورغم ذلك فقد شهدت الأراضي الزراعية على مدار الخمسین سنة الماضية العدید من الممارسات الخاطئة وغیر الرشیدة من قبل المواطنین، يأتي في مقدمتها التعدي والتغول العمراني علیها، والذي تصاعدت وتیرته بشكل خطیر عقب ثورة ینایر 2011.

he land in general, and agricultural resources in particular, are considered one of the natural resources that have been formed over thousands of years, the preservation of which is a national duty of all. Despite this, agricultural lands have witnessed over the past fifty years many wrong and irrational practices by citizens, the most important of which is urban encroachment on it, which escalated dangerously after the January 2011 Revolution. Encroachment on agricultural lands, with the resulting reduced land area and quality, is not only a threat to food security and a crime against the right of current and future generations to obtain their food, but it also represents a threat to Egyptian national security. Therefore, the problem of encroachment and construction on agricultural lands has been at the forefront of the concerns of the Egyptian government and the political leadership recently. This paper seeks to present the current situation of the extent of encroachments and removals on agricultural lands, and their causes, and an attempt to estimate the economic and social losses that have been inflicted on the national economy as a result of these violations, in addition to presenting a set of proposals to reduce this phenomenon.
