هدفت الدراسة الحالية للتعرف على التعرف على طبيعة العلاقة بين الرضا الوظيفي وجودة الحياة لدى معلمي الطلاب ذوي صعوبات التعلم، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة قام الباحث بإعداد استبيان الرضا الوظيفي وجودة حياة معلمي الطلاب ذوي صعوبات التعلم، وتكونت عينة الدراسة من (150) معلما من مدارس التعليم العام وسبق لهم التعامل مع الطلاب ذوي صعوبات التعلم. استخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي. وقد توصلت الدراسة الي وجود علاقة ارتباطية موجبة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين الرضا الوظيفي لمعلمي الطلاب ذوي صعوبات التعلم وجودة الحياة لدى معلمي الطلاب ذوي صعوبات التعلم، وكذلك وجود فروق ذات دلالة بين متوسطات درجات المعلمين منخفضي ومرتفعي جودة الحياة على استبيان الرضا الوظيفي لدي معلمي الطلاب ذوي صعوبات التعلم، وذلك لصالح مرتفعي على استبيان الرضا الوظيفي لمعلمي الطلاب ذوي صعوبات التعلم ودرجاتهم على استبيان جودة حياة معلمي الطلاب من ذوي صعوبات التعلم. أوصت الدراسة بضرورة تحسين الظروف المالية للمعلمين، وتعزيز صحتهم النفسية، وتقليل الأعباء المرتبطة بمهنتهم. This study aimed to investigate how teachers' scores on the Job Satisfaction Questionnaire for Teachers of Students with Learning Disabilities relate to their scores on the Quality-of-Life Questionnaire for Teachers of Students with Learning Disabilities. It also sought to identify the differences in average Quality of Life Questionnaire scores between teachers experiencing low and high job satisfaction. The researcher employed two instruments: the Job Satisfaction Questionnaire for Teachers of Students with Learning Disabilities and the Quality-of-Life Questionnaire for Teachers of Students with Learning Disabilities (Researcher). The sample included 150 teachers from general education institutions who had experience working with students facing learning disabilities. A descriptive research design was applied. The results indicated a significant positive relationship between the scores on the Job Satisfaction Questionnaire and the Quality-of-Life Questionnaire. Additionally, notable differences in average scores on the Quality-of-Life Questionnaire were observed among teachers with differing levels of job satisfaction.
