هدف البحث الحالي إلى التحقق من تصور مقترح لتطبيق تعليمي نقال في تنمية مفاهيم المواطنة الرقمية لدى طالبات صعوبات التعلم بالمرحلة الابتدائية، واعتمدت الباحثة على المنهج شبه التجريبي، وتكونت عينة البحث من مجموعة تجريبية واحدة من (10) طالبات من طالبات صعوبات التعلم المرحلة الابتدائية بمدرسة الفيصلية الأهلية بجدة، حيث تكونت أداة البحث من اختبار تحصيلي لمفاهيم المواطنة الرقمية، وقد أسفرت نتائج البحث إلى وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى (0.05) بين متوسط درجات أفراد العينة في التطبيق القبلي والبعدي في الاختبار التحصيلي لمفاهيم المواطنة الرقمية لدى طالبات صعوبات التعلم بالمرحلة الابتدائية، وذلك لصالح متوسط درجات التطبيق البعدي، وفي ضوء نتائج البحث أوصت الباحثة بعدد من التوصيات منها: توسيع استخدام تطبيقات التعلم النقال في تدريس مفاهيم المواطنة الرقمية لدى مختلف المراحل التعليمية من ذوات صعوبات التعلم، وتوفير برامج تدريبية لمعلمات صعوبات التعلم حول إنتاج وتوظيف التطبيقات التعليمية النقالة لتحسين جودة التعليم، وتوظيف التقنيات الحديثة الأخرى لتوفير بيئات تعليمية تفاعلية تعزز الفهم العميق للمواطنة الرقمية. The current research aimed to verify a proposed concept for a mobile educational application to develop digital citizenship concepts among female students with learning difficulties in the primary stage. The researcher relied on the quasi-experimental approach. The research sample consisted of one experimental group of (10) female students with learning difficulties in the primary stage at Al-Faisaliah National School in Jeddah. The research tool consisted of an achievement test on digital citizenship concepts. The research results revealed statistically significant differences at the level of (0.05) between the average scores of the sample members in the pre- and post-application of the achievement test on digital citizenship concepts among female students with learning difficulties in the primary stage, in favor of the average scores of the post-application. In light of the research results, the researcher made a number of recommendations, including: expanding the use of mobile learning applications in teaching digital citizenship concepts at various educational levels for students with learning difficulties, providing training programs for learning difficulties teachers on the production and use of mobile educational applications to improve the quality of education, and employing other modern technologies to provide interactive educational environments that enhance a deep understanding of digital citizenship.
