ملخص البحث هدف البحث إلى التعرف على واقع الاستغراق الوظيفي لدى معلمي مدارس التعليم الثانوي العام بمحافظة الدقهلية. وتحقيقًا لهدف البحث استخدمت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي، واعتمدت على استبانة طبقت على عينة قوامها (٢٨٣) من معلمي التعليم الثانوي العام بمحافظة الدقهلية، وتوصل البحث إلى العديد من النتائج أهمها: إجمالي واقع الاستغراق الوظيفي لمعلمي التعليم الثانوي العام بمحافظة الدقهلية جاءت جميعها بدرجة تحقق مرتفعة، وقد جاءت الأبعاد على الترتيب( الاستغراق المعرفي( الادراكي)، الاستغراق الوجداني، الاستغراق السلوكي( الجسدي)) وجاءت جميعهم بدرجة تحقق مرتفعة. وأوصى البحث بالعديد من التوصيات منها: إجراء مزيد من الدراسات حول الاستغراق الوظيفي وربطها مع متغيرات أخرى، وإجراء دراسات حول العوامل النفسية والمادية والاجتماعية والإدارية المؤدية إلى الشعور بدرجة مرتفعة من الاستغراق الوظيفي. الكلمات المفتاحية : الاستغراق، الاستغراق الوظيفي، التعليم الثانوي Abstract The aim of the study was to identify the level of Job engagement among secondary school teachers in the general education sector in Dakahlia Governorate. To achieve this goal, the researcher used a descriptive method and relied on a questionnaire administered to a sample of 283 secondary school teachers in Dakahlia. The research findings revealed several important results, including: overall high levels of Job engagement among secondary school teachers in Dakahlia, with dimensions ranked as follows: cognitive engagement, emotional engagement, and behavioral engagement (physical engagement). The study recommended further research on the Job engagement, exploring its relationship with other variables, and investigating psychological, material, social, and administrative factors that contribute to high levels of Job engagement.
