ملخص البحث      هدف البحث إلى التوصل إلى أهم المتطلبات اللازمة لتحسين الرشاقة الاستراتيجية بإدارات التعليم بالمملكة العربية السعودية ، ولتحقيق الهدف من البحث تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي ، وقامت الباحثة بتطبيق استبانة على عينة من المديرين والوكلاء ورؤساء الأقسام والوحدات بإدارات التعليم بالمملكة العربية السعودية للتعرف على مستوى ممارسة الرشاقة الإستراتيجية بهذه الإدارات ، وقد توصل البحث إلى أن مستوى الرشاقة الاستراتيجية بإدارات التعليم بالمملكة كبيرة ، وقد جاء بُعد المسئولية المشتركة والإلتزام الجماعي في المرتبة الأولى ، ثم يليه بُعد المقدرات الجوهرية، وأخيراً بُعد الحساسية الإستراتيجية ، وفي ضوء نتائج البحث تم التوصل إلى مجموعة من المتطلبات اللازم توافرها لتحسين الرشاقة الإستراتيجية بإدارات التعليم بالمملكة العربية السعودية. الكلمات المفتاحية: الرشاقة الاستراتيجية، إدارات التعليم، المملكة العربية السعودية Abstract      The research aimed to reach the most important requirements necessary to improve strategic agility in education departments in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and to achieve the goal of the research was the descriptive approach used, and the researcher applied a questionnaire on a sample of directors, agents, heads of departments and units in education departments in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to identify the level of strategic agility practice in these departments, and the research found that the level of strategic agility in the education departments in the Kingdom is large, and it came after joint responsibility and collective commitment In the first place, followed by the core capabilities, and finally after the strategic sensitivity, and in light of the results of the research, a set of requirements were reached to improve the strategic agility of the education departments in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
