هدف البحث الى اختبار فعالية تكنيك السوسيودراما في تنمية مهارات التفاعل الجماعي لدى جماعات الشباب الجامعي حيث تتحدد فروض الدراسة في، ‌توجد فروق معنوية دالة إحصائياً بين متوسطات نتائج القياسات القبلية والبعدية لأعضاء الجماعة التجريبية لصالح القياس البعدي على مقياس مهارات التفاعل الجامعي وتحددت أبعادها في البعد الأول" المهارة في الإنصات"، والبعد الثاني" المهارة في تكوين العلاقات الاجتماعية"، والبعد الثالث" المهارة في الحوار"، والبعد الرابع" المهارة في إدارة الوقت"، وتوصلت نتائج البحث إلي صحة الفروض الفرعية للبحث ومن خلال ثبوت صحة الفرض الرئيسي الذى تقوم عليه الدراسة ، وبالتالي يمكن القول بأنه: توجد فروق معنوية دالة إحصائياً بين متوسطات نتائج القياسات القبلية والبعدية لأعضاء الجماعة التجريبية على مقياس مهارات التفاعل الجماعي لصالح القياس البعدي نتيجة لممارسة تكنيك السوسيودراما وتكونت عينة البحث من (30) عضو بكلية الخدمة الاجتماعية بجامعة بنى سويف .

Abstract
The research aimed to examine the effectiveness of the sociodrama technique in developing group interaction skills among university youth groups, The study hypotheses were defined as follows, there are statistically significant differences between the mean scores of the pre- and post-measurements of the experimental group members in favor of the post-measurement on the Group Interaction Skills Scale. The dimensions of the scale were specified as follows (Listening Skills-Social Relationship-Building Skills-Dialogue Skills-Time Management Skills) The research findings confirmed the validity of the study's sub-hypotheses through the verification of the main hypothesis on which the study is based. Consequently, it can be concluded that there are statistically significant differences between the mean scores of the pre- and post-measurements of the experimental group members on the Group Interaction Skills Scale in favor of the post-measurement. These differences are attributed to the application of sociodrama technique, The research sample consisted of 30 students from the Faculty of Social Work at Beni-Suef University.
