ملخص الدراسة بالغة العربية هدفت الدراسة الى اختبار فاعلية برنامج قائم على التدخل المرتكز على الاسرة في تحسين نوعية الحياة الاجتماعية لأمهات الاطفال متعددى الإعاقة حيث تم اختبار فروض الدراسة والتي تتمثل فى توجد فروق جوهرية دالة إحصائياً بين استخدام برنامج قائم على التدخل المرتكز على الاسرة في تحسين نوعية الحياة الاجتماعية والتي تتمثل في(الاسرية-الاقتصادية – الصحية – النفسية) لأمهات الأطفال متعددى الإعاقة وقد تم اختيار المنهج " التجريبي " وذلك باستخدام التجربة (القبلية – البعدية) باستخدام جماعة تجريبية واحدة على عينة عمديه مكونة من (9) أمهات لأطفال متعددى الإعاقة وقد اثبت الدراسة صحة الفروض وهو توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطات الدرجات في تحسين نوعية الحياة الاجتماعية المتمثلة في (الاسرية- الاقتصادية – الصحية – النفسية) لدى أمهات الأطفال متعددي الإعاقة قبل وبعد اجراء البرنامج لصالح القياس البعدي وهذا يدل على إسهام برنامج التدخل المهني  باستخدام برنامج التدخل المرتكز على الاسرة في القياس البعدي عنه في القياس القبلي من خلال جلسات التدخل المهني .

The effectiveness of a family-based intervention program in improving the quality of social life of mothers of children with multiple disabilities
Abstract: The study aimed to test the effectiveness of a family-based intervention program in improving the social quality of life for mothers of children with multiple disabilities. The study hypotheses were tested, which are: There are fundamental, statistically significant differences between the use of a family-based intervention program in improving the social quality of life (family, economic, health, and psychological) for mothers of children with multiple disabilities. The "experimental" approach was chosen, using a (pre-post) experiment using a single experimental group on a deliberate sample of (9) mothers of children with multiple disabilities. The study proved the validity of the hypotheses, which is that there are statistically significant differences between the average scores in improving the social quality of life (family, economic, health, and psychological) for mothers of children with multiple disabilities before and after the program was implemented, in favor of the post-test. This indicates the contribution of the professional intervention program using the family-based intervention program in the post-test compared to the pre-test through professional intervention sessions.
