في ضوء ما يتحقق في الواقع الفعلي من حركة إصلاح شاملة يشهدها المجتمع المصري وخاصة الارتكاز عليها في تبنى أهداف اقتصادية واجتماعية، و الاستفادة من إمكاناتها في قيامها بدور إيجابي ورائد في الإصلاح والتنمية من خلال تنفيذ برامج لوقاية الشباب من إدمان المخدرات الرقمية والتي تفاقمت في المجتمع المصري، حيث أصبحت تهدد أمن واستقرار المجتمع، والمؤسسات التي تخدم الشباب لها دور واضح في تحقيق استدامة هذه البرامج وخلق اتجاهات اجتماعية واقتصادية إيجابية تؤهلهم للانخراط في العملية الإنتاجية وتحويلهم لقوة منتجة، و يؤكد على أهمية الدور المنوط به من قبل هذه المؤسسات في التوعية والتثقيف والأنشطة والمختلفة والبرامج التي تقدمها في توعية الشباب من إدمان المخدرات الرقمية.

Abstract

In light of the comprehensive reform movement witnessed by Egyptian society, especially the reliance on It in adopting economic and social goals, and trying to benefit from its potential in playing a positive, and pioneering role in reform and development by implementing programs to protect youth from digital drug addiction, which has worsened in Egyptian society, as it has become a threat to the security and stability of society, and the institutions that serve youth have a clear role in achieving the sustainability of these programs and creating positive social and economic trends that qualify them to engage in the production process and transform them into a productive force, which confirms the importance of the role assigned to them by these institutions in awareness, education, and various activities and programs that they provide in educating youth from digital drug addiction, .
