استهدف البحث الحالي تقديم سيناريوهات مقترحة لتحقيق الاحتراف الأكاديمي لأعضاء هيئة التدريس بجامعة المنوفية في ضوء مدخل التَّوأمة الجامعيَّة، وذلك من خلال تناول الأسس النظريَّة للاحتراف الأكاديمي من حيث (المفهوم، والفلسفة، والأهميَّة، والخصائص، الأهداف، والأبعاد والمكونات، والعوامل المؤثرة فيه والمقومات)، وكذلك تناول الأسس الفكريَّة للتَّوأمة الجامعيَّة بين مؤسسات التعليم العالي من حيث (المفهوم، والخصائص، والأهميَّة، والأهداف، والفوائد، والتحديات التي تواجه الأخذ بمدخل التَّوأمة الجامعيَّة، وآليات نجاحها، وصورها وأشكالها، ومتطلباتها)، وكذلك الوقوف على واقع تحقيق الاحتراف الأكاديمي لأعضاء هيئة التدريس بجامعة المنوفية في ضوء مدخل التَّوأمة الجامعيَّة، كما تمَّ استخدام أسلوب السيناريوهات كأحد أساليب منهج الدراسات المستقبلية؛ لرسم خطوط عامَّة لمستقبل تحقيق الاحتراف الأكاديمي لأعضاء هيئة التدريس بجامعة المنوفية في ضوء مدخل التَّوأمة الجامعيَّة، وقد تبنى البحث الحالي السيناريو الابتكاري بوصفه رؤية مستقبليَّة مواتية لتحقيق الاحتراف الأكاديمي لأعضاء هيئة التدريس بجامعة المنوفية، وكذلك أيضًا للأخذ بمبدأ التَّوأمة الجامعيَّة بين مؤسسات التعليم العالي.     The current research aims to present proposed scenarios to achieve academic professionalism for faculty members at Menofia university in light of the university twinning approach, by addressing the theoretical foundations of academic professionalism in terms of (concept, philosophy, importance, characteristics, goals, dimensions and components, and factors influencing it and components), as well as addressing the intellectual foundations of university twinning between higher education institutions in terms of (concept, characteristics, importance, goals, benefits, challenges facing the adoption of the university twinning approach, and mechanisms for its success, its images and forms, and its requirements), as well as standing on the reality of achieving academic professionalism for faculty members at Menofia university in light of the university twinning approach. The scenarios method was also used - as one of the methods of the future studies approach to draw general lines for the future of achieving academic professionalism for faculty members at Menofia university in light of the university twinning approach. The current research adopted the innovative scenario as a favorable future vision for achieving academic professionalism for faculty members at Menofia university as well as for adopting the principle of university twinning between higher education institutions.
