The current study aimed to identify the effectiveness of using the environmental cognitive program in reducing borderline personality disorder among suicide attempters and the continuity of this effectiveness. The study relied on the experimental approach with a two-group design, an experimental group and a control group, where the methods were used. Statistics (Whitney-Wilcoxon test). The research applied the following tools: a measure of economic, social, and cultural level, and a Raven intelligence test. Various measurements were conducted: pre-, post-, and follow-up. For the experimental and control study groups through the Borderline Personality Disorder Scale and the Environmental Cognitive Program, the most important results showed statistically significant differences between the average ranks of the scores of the pre- and post-measurements among members of the experimental sample in favor of the post-measurement of the Borderline Personality Disorder Scale, and the absence of statistically significant differences between the average ranks of the scores of the pre- and post-measurements among sample members The experimental study on the personality disorder scale, and the results also resulted in a decrease in borderline personality symptoms among members of the experimental group during the post-measurement compared to the pre-measurement on the one hand, and compared to the control group on the other hand. All differences were statistically significant, as the results revealed. The agreement of psychometric tools in reducing symptoms of borderline personality disorder. The results also showed the effectiveness of the environmental cognitive program in reducing borderline personality disorder. These results support the effectiveness of the program in Reducing borderline personality disorder and verifying the validity of the study hypotheses, and considering these results, a set of recommendations was formulated. The most important recommendations were detecting borderline personality disorder among adolescents through psychological surveys, providing psychological care and psychological education to those in need, holding seminars for parents to learn about the program, to learn how to properly deal with their children and help them detect the disorder early.
