Progressive Matrices Test (standardization/ Imad Ahmed Hassan Ali, 2016) Rapid Neurological Survey Test (standardization/ Abdel Wahab Kamel, 2007) Alexithymia Disorder Scale (prepared by the researchers), Self-Esteem Level Scale (prepared by the researchers), and one experimental group was used as an experimental design, and the training program was applied (prepared by the researchers). The measurement was done immediately after the completion of the program, as well as after two months, and the results showed the effectiveness of the program in reducing alexithymia and improving the level of self-esteem among female students with specific learning disorder and the continued decline in the level after two months through (follow-up measurement).
