This research reviews the quality of the indoor environment and its factors of indoor air quality, thermal comfort, providing natural lighting, and sound insulation, in addition to the effect of nano aerogel on the quality of the indoor environment and its distinctive properties to achieve healthy buildings. It also analyzes global models that use aerogel and its places of use in buildings and the impact of its application on those buildings. The research also reviews attempts to provide aerogel in the construction sector through an analysis of the Egyptian Energy Code issued in 2005. The code includes three requirements: new buildings, additions to existing buildings, and modifications to existing buildings. It includes modifications to the outer envelope through thermal insulation requirements, as well as the Saudi code for energy efficiency plan requirements for residential buildings, which was issued in 2022 and includes five requirements, including the outer envelope. The research also analyzes the thermal insulation work items issued in 1998 and makes proposed specifications for the forms of aerogel (granules, blankets, panels) to facilitate their integration into the work items, reaching the necessary results and recommendations. The importance of aerogel as a thermal insulation material and the possibility of providing it in the construction sector.
 

يستعرض هذا البحث جودة البيئة الداخلية وعواملها من جودة هواء داخلى، راحة حرارية، توفيراضاءة طبيعية، وعزل الصوت، بالاضافة الى تأثير مادة الايروجيل النانوية على جودة البيئة الداخلية وخواصها المميزة لتحقيق مبانى صحية، كذلك يتم تحليل نماذج عالمية تستخدم مادة الايروجيل وأماكن استخدامها فى المبانى وتأثير تطبيقها على تلك المبانى، وكذلك يستعرض البحث محاولات لامكانية توفير مادة الايروجيل فى قطاع البناء من خلال تحليل لكود الطاقة المصرى الذى تم اصداره عام 2005 ويتضمن الكود ثلاثة متطلبات هم المبانى الجديدة، الاضافات للمبانى القائمة، التعديلات فى المبانى القائمة ويشتمل على تعديلات فى الغلاف الخارجى من خلال متطلبات العزل الحرارى، وكذلك الكود السعودى لمتطلبات مخططات كفاءة الطاقة للمبانى السكنية الذى تم اصداره عام2022 ويشتمل على خمسة متطلبات من ضمنهم الغلاف الخارجى، كذلك يقوم البحث بتحليل بنود أعمال العزل الحرارى التى تم اصدارها عام 1998 وعمل مواصفات مقترحة لأشكال مادة الايروجيل (حبيبات، بطانيات، لوحات) حتى يسهل دمجها فى بنود الأعمال، وصولا الى النتائج والتوصيات اللازمة بمدى أهمية مادة الايروجيل كأحد مواد العزل الحرارى وامكانية توفيرها فى قطاع البناء.
