هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة درجة توافر معايير الجودة في الخطط المدرسية في مدارس البرنامج الوطني لتطوير المدارس، وتحديد معايير ومؤشرات الجودة في بناء الخطة المدرسية، وتحديد معايير ومؤشرات الجودة في تنفيذ الخطة المدرسية. ولتحقيق هذه الأهداف استخدمت الباحثات المنهج الوصفي المسحي، وكانت أداة الدراسة هي الاستبانة، حيث قامت الباحثات بتصميم استبانة، وبعد التأكد من صدقها الظاهري والداخلي وثباتها تم تطبيقها في الفصل الدراسي الثاني للعام الدراسي1441ه/1442ه على عينة عشوائية بسيطة مكونة من (103) من مشرفات وحدات البرنامج الوطني لتطوير المدارس في مختلف مناطق المملكة. وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى عدد من النتائج أهمها: توافر معايير الجودة في بناء الخطة المدرسية من وجهة نظر مشرفات وحدات البرنامج الوطني لتطوير المدارس بمتوسط
(2.76 من 3) تمثلت في توافر (مصادر بناء الخطة، يليها المشاريع في الخطة المدرسية، يليها المقدمة، يليها توثيق مؤشرات المشاريع، يليها رؤية المدرسة، يليها أهداف المدرسة، يليها رسالة المدرسة، وأخيراً قيم المدرسة (الالتزامات الجماعية). توافر معايير الجودة في تنفيذ الخطة المدرسية من وجهة نظر مشرفات وحدات البرنامج الوطني لتطوير المدارس بمتوسط
(2.72 من 3)، وأبرز ملامح توافرها تمثلت في (تنفيذ المشاريع، يليها تجسيد الرؤية والقيم، يليها الجدول الزمني وجهة التنفيذ، يليها قياس مؤشرات المشاريع، وأخيراً تقويم مشاريع الخطة المدرسية. واختتمت الباحثات الدراسة بمجموعة من التوصيات، ومقترحات لدراسات مستقبلية. This study aimed to Determining the degree of quality standards that is available in schools plans which are implementing the National School Development Program. Defining the quality standards and indicators that are should be focused on it while designing the school plan.Defining the quality standards and indicators that are related to theschool plan implementation.To achieve these objectives, the researchers used the descriptive survey methodology. The study tool was a questionnaire which is designed by the researchers. After it proved that is valid and consistent, it was applied in the second semester of the year 1441/1442.  A random sample of (103) supervisors participated in the study from different units of the National School Development Program in all regions of the Kingdom. The study has reached a number of results, the most important are, From the supervisors' perspective, The average of quality standards that are used in designing the school plan is (2.76 out of 3). The most highlighted quality standards were used are sources of designing a plan, plan's projects, introduction, documentation of projects indicators, school's vision, school's objectives, school's mission, and school's values (collective obligations).The quality standards available in the school plan implementation from the supervisors' view is (2.72 out of 3) on average, and the most prominent were implementing plan's projects, practicing school's vision and values in real, timelining of projects implementation, the responsible about implementing projects, projects measurement indicators, and the evaluation of school plan projects.The researchers concluded the study with a set of recommendations and suggestions for conducting future studies.
