مستخلص الدراسة: هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرّف على درجة ممارسة المشرفة التربوية لنمط الإشراف بالأهداف، من وجهة نظر المعلمات بمدينة عرعر، وعلاقتها بدافعية الإنجاز لديهن، تم استخدام  المنهج الوصفي الارتباطي، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم تصميم أداتين: الأولى: استبانة للتعرّف على درجة ممارسة المشرفة التربوية لنمط الإشراف بالأهداف من وجهة نظر المعلمات في مدينة عرعر، والثانية: مقياس موجّه للمعلمات في مدينة عرعر، يتعلّق بمستوى دافعية الإنجاز لدى المعلمات، تم التطبيق على عيّنة مكوّنة من (322) معلمة، وخلُصت النتائج إلى: أنّ ممارسة المشرفة التربوية لنمط الإشراف بالأهداف بمدينة عرعر جاءت بدرجة "متوسطة" بشكلٍ عام، كما أظهرت النتائج وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى دلالة (α≤0.05) في متوسطات استجابات العينة على استبانة نمط الإشراف بالأهداف في مجال وضع الخطة تُعزى للمعلمات ذوات الخدمة من خمس إلى أقل من عشر سنوات، وأظهرت النتائج كذلك أنّ متوسطات استجابات العيّنة لفقرات مقياس دافعية الإنجاز تراوحت بين (4.05) كحدٍ أعلى، وبمستوى مرتفع، و(3.60) كحدٍ أدنى، وبمستوى متوسط، أمّا المقياس بشكلٍ عام فقد جاء بمتوسط قدره (3.73) وبمستوى دافعية "مرتفع"، كما أظهرت النتائج عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى (α≤0.05) على مقياس دافعية الإنجاز تُعزى لمتغيرات الدراسة، كما أظهرت نتائج الدراسة وجود علاقة "ارتباطية طردية قوية" بين ممارسة المشرفة التربوية لنمط الإشراف بالأهداف ودافعية الإنجاز لدى المعلمات بلغت (0.77) وهي دالة إحصائياً. الكلمات المفتاحيّة: الإشراف التربوي، الإشراف بالأهداف، المشرف التربوي، دافعيّة الإنجاز. The Degree of Female Educational Supervisor Practice of Supervision by Objectives Style from The Point of View Female Teachers in Arar City and its Relationship to Their Achievement Motivation Abstract This study aimed to identify the degree of practice of the female educational supervisor of the style of supervision by objectives, from the point of view of female teachers in the city of Arar, and its relationship to their achievement motivation,  the researchers used the descriptive-relational approach, and to achieve the objectives of the study, the researcher designed two tools: the first: a questionnaire to identify the degree of the female educational supervisor's practice of the style of supervision by objectives from the point of view of female teachers in the city of Arar, consisting of four axes, namely (Goal setting, plan development, implementation, evaluation) amounted to (35) items, and the second: a scale directed to female teachers in the city of Arar, related to the level of achievement motivation among female teachers, it consisted of (17) items, it was applied to a sample It consisted of (322) female teachers, and the data were processed statistically, and the results concluded: The female educational supervisor's practice of the style of supervision by objectives in the city of Arar came to a “moderate" degree in general, and the results showed that there were statistically significant differences at the level of significance (α = 0.05) in the averages of the sample's responses to the questionnaire of the supervision style with objectives. In the field of plan development, it is attributed to female teachers with service from five to less than ten years. The results also showed that the averages of the sample responses to the items of the achievement motivation scale ranged between (4.05) as a maximum, at a high level, and (3.60) as a minimum, at an average level. In general, it came with an average of (3.73) and a standard deviation of (1.22) with a "high" level of motivation. The results also showed that there were no statistically significant differences at the level (α≤0.05) on the achievement motivation scale due to the variables of the study. The results of the study also showed that there were A "strong direct correlation" relationship between the female educational supervisor's practice of the style of supervision by objectives and the teachers' achievement motivation amounted to (0.77), which is statistically significant.
