These objectives include assessing the awareness of employees in this sector regarding ICT The study reveals a positive impact of ICT on enhancing sustainable development in the textile and clothing industry, contributing to the enrichment of scientific literature and expanding the research base in business management. The success of this technology is linked to educating employees on digital skills, which leads to improved efficiency, productivity, and competitive advantage. Focusing on developing human skills is crucial for establishing a knowledge society and managing ICT. The sector has made a significant leap in quality using technology to reduce time and costs and improve services.
