يهدف البحث تعرُّف مداخل تحليل السياسات التربوية، كما يهدف إبراز أهمية منهجية تحليل السياسات العامة ومنها السياسات التربوية، إذ تساعد هذه المنهجية كأداة رئيسة فعالة في تحسين أداء السياسات، وتناول البحث تحليل جهود وسياسات الإصلاحات المدرسية المصرية في العقد الأول من القرن الحادي والعشرين من منظور مداخل تحليل السياسات التربوية ؛ لما لهذا التحليل من أهمية بالغة في تحديد بعض موجهات السياسات الإصلاحية لتلك الحقبة. وقدَّم البحث عدد من التوصيات التي تأمل الباحثة بأن تساعد المشرعين وصانعي القرار بوزارة التربية والتعليم، في تطوير وإصلاح السياسات التربوية اللازمة للنهوض بالعملية التعليمية؛ ومنها:   1- زيادة تفعيل منهجية تحليل السياسات التربوية، 2- التروي وعدم الانبهار بالاتجاهات العالمية الحديثة في تطوير التعليم، 3- التمكين والمشاركة الفعلية للمعلمين، ومن ثم قدم البحث بعض الآليات لتنفيذ تلك التوصيات المذكورة.   This research aims to identify the approaches to analyzing educational policies and to highlight the significance of public policy analysis methodology, particularly in the realm of education. By employing these analytical frameworks, the research examines the educational reforms undertaken in Egypt during the first decade of the 21st century, with a focus on identifying the key drivers and guiding principles behind these policy changes. The research presents several recommendations aimed at assisting policymakers and decision-makers within the Ministry of Education in developing and reforming educational policies to enhance the educational process. These recommendations include: 1) increasing the application of educational policy analysis methodology; 2) exercising caution and avoiding hasty adoption of global trends in education; and 3) empowering and actively engaging teachers. The research also provides mechanisms for implementing these recommendations.
