تستهدف الدراسة الراهنة محاولة التعرف على علاقة أبعاد الالكسثيميا بأبعاد قلق الموت لدي عينة من مريضات السرطان والأسوياء. ومقارنة مجموعة ممن تعرضن لمرض السرطان ومجموعة من العاديين في أبعاد الالكسثيميا وأبعاد قلق الموت. حيث سيُطبَق على المجموعات مقاييس الالكسثيميا ومقاييس قلق الموت، بعد التحقق من صلاحيتها السيكومترية. وسيتم استخدام التحليلات الإحصائية الملائمة للإجابة عن أسئلة الدراسة والتحقق من فروضها، ومن بينها معاملات الارتباط واختبارات دلالة الفروق بين المجموعات المستقلة واختبارات المتابعة المناسبة. وسوف تناقش النتائج المترتبة على هذه الإجراءات في ضوء الدراسات السابقة والإطار النظري للدراسة.
The current study aims to examine the relationship between the dimensions of alexithymia and death anxiety among a sample of female cancer patients and healthy individuals. It also seeks to compare a group of cancer survivors with a group of healthy individuals regarding the dimensions of alexithymia and death anxiety.
Validated psychometric measures for alexithymia and death anxiety will be applied to the groups after ensuring their reliability and validity. Appropriate statistical analyses will be utilized to answer the study's questions and test its hypotheses, including correlation coefficients, significance tests for differences between independent groups, and suitable follow-up tests.
The results derived from these procedures will be discussed in light of previous studies and the theoretical framework of the study.
