ملخص: هذه الدراسة بعنوان " طرق نقل مصطلح علم اللغة النصي وآلياتها إلى العربية دراسة تحليلية " وطرق النقل ثلاث : الترجمة والتعريب والتعريب الجزئي ، وتستعين ثلاثتها بوسائل لغوية ودلالية تتمثل في : الاشتقاق ، والنحت ، والتركيب ، والاقتباس من التراث ، والمجاز. ومن أهداف الدراسة دعم وجود العربية في التعبير العلمي ، وتحديد طرق نقل مصطلحات علم لغة النص إلى العربية ، وتتمثل أهميتها في النظرة الشاملة إلى مصطلح علم النص بحيث تجمع بين مصطلحات نحو النص وتداولية النص ، وفي دعوتها إلى وضع معجم لذلك المصطلح تكون هي نواته . ومن أهم النتائج : أن الاشتقاق يُعد من أكثر طرق النقل فاعلية وأهمية وقد أثبتت الدراسة أن الاشتقاق بهذا المعنى يتجاوز المشتقات بالمعنى الاصطلاحي عند النحاة ، فالحاجة ماسّة إلى الصيغة المصدرية والأفعال وصيغة النسب، وأنه تتعدد مصادر مصطلحات علم اللغة النصي ؛ فهو علم هجين كما قرّر بوجراند يستقي معارفه من علوم ومعارف شتى مثل البلاغة والأسلوبية وعلم اللغة النفسي وعلم اللغة الاجتماعي وعلم الإدراك والتداولية ، ولا غرابة أن نجد تلك المصطلحات في مسارد النصيين ، وهو وثيق الصلة بعلم الدلالة وتكثر فيه مصطلحاتها ، وقد جاوز كثير من المصطلحات آفاق نحو الجملة وانتقلت إلى نحو النص. كلمات مفتاحية : نقل المصطلح – علم لغة النص – الترجمة – التعريب – الاشتقاق.   Abstract: This study is titled “Methods of transferring text linguistics terms and its mechanisms into Arabic, analytical study". There are three methods of transferring terms: Translation, Arabization, and Partial Arabization. All three of them rely on linguistic and semantic methods as: derivation, blending, structure, quotation from heritage and metaphor. Study objectives: Support Arabic presence in scientific expression and determine methods of transferring terms of textual linguistics into Arabic. Its significance is resembled in the comprehensive view of text linguistics terms bringing together terms of text grammar and text pragmatics, and in its call for creating a dictionary for these terms relying on this study as a core. some of the top results of the study: Derivation is one of the most effective and important methods of transferring, the study proved that derivation in this sense surpasses the idiomatic meaning for grammarians, there is urgent need to infinitive, and verbs. And that sources of textual linguistics terms varies, as it's a hybrid science ,as Beaugrande   decided, obtaining its  knowledge from  various sciences as eloquence, stylistics, psycholinguistics, sociolinguistics, cognitive science, and pragmatics. There is no wonder to find these terms in textual linguists glossaries, and its closely relevant to semantics. Many of these terms surpassed the sentence grammar to text linguistics.
