هدف البحث الحالي التعرف على  دور الذكاء الاصطناعي في تطوير منظومة الإدارة المدرسية في مصر في الوقت الحاضر وذلك من خلال الوقوف على الأسس النظرية للذكاء اصطناعي وفقاً للأدبيات المعاصرة، والإطار الفكري والفلسفي لمنظومة الإدارة المدرسية في مصر في الوقت الحاضر مع تحديد أهم تطبيقات الذكاء الاصطناعي في المدرسة المصرية (تعليمياً – إدارياً) والتحديات التي تواجه الإدارة المدرسية في ذات الإطار وكذلك تحديد الفرص التي يمكن اغتنامها أو اقتناصها من أجل تحقيق أهدافها بنجاح بالإضافة إلى تحديد أهم الآليات المقترحة لتفعيل دور الذكاء الاصطناعي في تطوير منظومة الإدارة المدرسية، واستخدم البحث الحالي المنهج الوصفي حتى يحقق أهدافه البحثية ويجيب عن تساؤلاته العلمية كما جاء أسلوب النظم للتعامل مع الإدارة المدرسية كمنظومة متكاملة تنضوي على مجموعة من المدخلات والعمليات والمخرجات بالإضافة إلى التغذية الراجعة مع مراعاة ظروف البيئة المحيطة بها وفلسفة المجتمع المصري الذي تنتمي إليه، وكان من أبرز نتائجه أنه بالرغم من تزايد أهمية تطبيقات الذكاء الاصطناعي في مجالات العمل المدرسي بشكل عام والمجال الإداري بشكل خاص وخاصة في ظل التطورات الحديثة في المجال التكنولوجي كما يؤدي توظيف الذكاء الاصطناعي إلى تحسين جودة العمل المدرسي وتطوير الممارسات الإدارية بها إلا أنه توجد بعض الصعوبات عند استخدام تطبيقات الذكاء الاصطناعي في المجال الإداري بالمدرسة المصرية ومنها قلة وعي إدارة المدرسة وإلمامها بأهمية توظيف التقنيات الحديثة في مجال العمل المدرسي مع قلة الدعم المادي المتوفر للمدرسة.
The current research aims to identify the role of artificial intelligence in developing the school management system in Egypt at the present time by examining the theoretical foundations of artificial intelligence according to contemporary literature, and the intellectual and philosophical framework of the school management system in Egypt at the present time, while identifying the most important applications of artificial intelligence in the Egyptian school (educationally - administratively) and the challenges facing school management in the same framework, as well as identifying the opportunities that can be seized or seized in order to achieve its goals successfully, in addition to identifying the most important proposed mechanisms to activate the role of artificial intelligence in developing the school management system. The current research used the descriptive approach to achieve its research objectives and answer its scientific questions. The systems approach came to deal with school management as an integrated system that includes a set of inputs, processes and outputs in addition to feedback, taking into account the conditions of the surrounding environment and the philosophy of the Egyptian society to which it belongs. One of its most prominent results was that despite the increasing importance of artificial intelligence applications in the fields of school work in general and the administrative field in particular, especially in light of recent developments in the technological field, as the employment of artificial intelligence leads to improving the quality of school work and developing administrative practices in it, but there are some difficulties when using artificial intelligence applications in the administrative field. In the Egyptian school, including the school administration's lack of awareness and familiarity with the importance of employing modern technologies in the field of school work, along with the lack of financial support available to the school.
