Abstract

The Burdekin Plum Fruit (Anacardiaceae) is one of the plant remedies with a longstanding history for its curative properties for various ailments and it is one of the richest natural sources of health for human beings. This study aims to Determination of the physico-chemical composition of Burdekin Plum Fruit, evaluation of antioxidant and preparation of functional food products using Burdekin Plum Fruit jams and nectars.
