هدف البحث الحالي إلى التعرف على طبيعة العلاقة الارتباطية بين الأنا الهادئة والمخططات المعرفية الإيجابية لدى عينة من طلاب الجامعة، وتكونت عينة البحث الحالي من 200 طالب وطالبة من طلاب كلية التربية بقنا جامعة جنوب الوادي، بمتوسط عمري قدره 21.5 وانحراف معياري مقداره  0.8، وتم استخدام مقياس الأنا الهادئة إعداد Wayment et al. (2015)،ترجمة الباحثة، ومقياس المخططات المعرفية الإيجابية إعداد Louis et al. ( 2018)،ترجمة عبدالحميد، و دنقل (2022)، وأشارت النتائج إلى وجود علاقة ارتباطية ذات دلالة إحصائية بين الأنا الهادئة والمخططات المعرفية الإيجابية لدىعينة من طلاب الجامعة، حيث ارتبطت الأنا الهادئة ارتباطًا دالًا إحصائيًا بالمجالات الأربع للمخططات المعرفية الإيجابية: المجال الأول الاتصال والقبول ويحتوي على المخططات( الوفاء العاطفي، الانتماء الاجتماعي، الانفتاح العاطفي/ العفوية)، المجال الثاني الاستقلال والأداء الصحي ويحتوي على المخططات( النجاح، التفاؤل/أساسيات الصحة والسلامة، الكفاءة/ الاعتماد على الذات الصحي، تطوير الذات/ حدود صحية، التعلق المستقر)، المجال الثالث حدود معقولة ويحتوي على المخططات(التعاطف، الانضباط الذاتي، التوجيه الذاتي)، المجال الرابع المعايير الواقعية ويحتوي على المخططات( توقعات واقعية، التعاطف مع الذات/ الغفران، الرعاية الذاتية).

The quiet ego and its relationship to positive cognitive schemas among a sample of university students
Abstract:
The current research aimed to identify the nature of the correlation between the quiet ego and positive cognitive schemas among a sample of university students.The current research sample consisted of 390 male and female students from the Faculty of Education in Qena, South Valley University, with an average age of 21.5 and a standard deviation of 0.8. The quiet ego scale prepared by Wayment et al. (2015) The researcher's translation, and the positive cognitive schemas scale prepared by Louis et al. (2018) translated by Abd El Hameed, and Donkol (2022) was used,The results indicated that there is a statistically significant correlation between the calm ego and positive cognitive schemas among a sample of university students,where the quiet ego was statistically significantly associated with the four domains of positive cognitive schemas: the first domain is communication and acceptance and contains schemas (emotional fulfillment, social affiliation, emotional openness/spontaneity), the second domain is independence and healthy performance and contains schemas (success, optimism/ basics of health and safety, Competence/Healthy Self-Reliance, Self-Development/Healthy Boundaries, Stable Attachment), Domain 3 Reasonable Boundaries and contains schemas (empathy, self-discipline, self-direction), Domain 4 Realistic Standards and contains schemas (realistic expectations, self-compassion/forgiveness self-care).
