هدف البحث الحالى إلى تحديد واقع تحفيز معلمي المرحلة الابتدائية في ضوء أدوار قادة المدارس والمشرفين التربويين بمحافظة الأفلاج، وقد تكونت عينة البحث من عينة قوامها(45) معلمًا ومعلمة من معلمى المرحلة الابتدائية بمحافظة الأفلاج بواقع (30) معلمًا لاستبيان أدوار قادة المدارس، و(15) معلمًا على استبيان أدوار المشرفين التربويين، واستخدم البحث استبيان أدوار قادة المدارس واستبيان أدوار المشرفين التربويين) (إعداد: الباحث)، واعتمد البحث على المنهج الوصفي التحليلى لتحديد واقع تحفيز معلمي المرحلة الابتدائية في ضوء أدوار قادة المدارس والمشرفين التربويين بمحافظة الأفلاج، وقد أشارت نتائج البحث إلى ما يلى:( توافر التحفيز لمعلمي المرحلة الابتدائية في ضوء أدوار قادة المدارس والمشرفين التربويين بمحافظة الأفلاج بدرجة كبيرة إلى كبيرة جداً، وهو ما يعنى أن قادة المدارس والمشرفين التربويين لديهم القدرة الكافية على القيام بأدوارهم المختلفة، وفى ضوء النتائج أوصى البحث بمجموعة من التوصيات التى من الممكن أن يكون له دورًا فعالاً فى الارتقاء بمستوى التحفيز بدرجات أعلى من الموجودة ومنها، إنشاء مراكز للتخطيط الاستراتيجي بإدارات التربية والتعليم بالمحافظات بحيث تتبنى التخطيط لتحفيز المعلمين ومواجهة التحديات التي تواجه المؤسسات التعليمية فى تفيذ خطط تحفيز المعلمين . The current research aimed at determining the reality of motivating primary school teachers in the light of the roles of school leaders and educational supervisors in El-Aflaj governorate. The research sample consisted of (45) male and female primary school teachers in El-Aflaj Governorate; (30) teachers filling out a questionnaire about the roles of school leaders, and (15) teachers filling out a questionnaire about the roles of educational supervisors. The research relied on the descriptive analytical approach to determine the reality of motivating primary school teachers in light of the roles of school leaders and educational supervisors in El-Aflaj Governorate. The results of the research indicated the following: (The availability of motivation for primary school teachers in light of the roles of school leaders and educational supervisors in El-Aflaj governorate, from a large to a very large extent. In the light of the results, the research recommended a set of recommendations that could have an effective role in raising the level of motivation to higher degrees than existing ones, including the establishment of strategic planning centers in the directorates of education in the governorates so that they adopt planning to motivate teachers and face the challenges facing educational institutions in implementing teacher motivation plans.
