ملخص البحث

هدف البحث إلى اقترح بعض الآليات لتفعيل الشراكة بين جامعة الفيوم ومدارس التعليم قبل الجامعي لتحقيق التنمية المهنية المستدامة للمعلمين.وقد استخدم البحث المنهج الوصفي التحليلي وقد تم استخدام الاستبيان علي عينة عشوائية قوامها(600) من مدير،وكيل وأخصائي ، بمدارس (الابتدائي،الاعدادي،والثانوي بنوعيه) في محافظة الفيوم وتوصل البحث إلى بعض الآليات منها :دعم مجالات وصور الشراكة بين الجامعة،والمدارس إمكانية توظيف والاستفادة من ممتلكات الجامعة لخدمة المجتمع الخارجي والتعليمي بالمحافظة.

Research Summary

The research aimed to suggest some mechanisms to activate the partnership between Fayoum University and pre-university education schools to achieve sustainable professional development for teachers. The research used the descriptive analytical method and the questionnaire was used on a random sample of (600) principals, agents and specialists in schools (primary, middle, And secondary (both types) in Fayoum Governorate. The research found some mechanisms, including: supporting areas and forms of partnership between the university and schools, the possibility of employing and benefiting from the university's property to serve the external and educational community in the governorate.
