ملخص :
هدفت الدراسه الي تحقيق جوده الخطه العلاجية بالمجال الطبي واعتمدت علي المنهج الوصفي وتم جمع البيانات بالاعتماد علي الاستبيان من خلال الأبعاد الخمسة للمجال الطبي وجوده الخطه العلاجية وهي (الملموسية ، الاعتمادية ، الاستجابة، الامان ، التعاطف) وتم توزيع الاستبيان علي 120 أخصائي اجتماعي وتم التحليل بواسطه برنامج spss وقد توصلت الدراسة إلي وجود فعاليه في تطبيق وتفعيل الخطه العلاجيه بجوده عاليه من قبل الاخصائي الاجتماعي ، حيث يعتبر قطاع المجال الطبي من القطاعات الحساسة من جانب تقديم الخدمات ، وبعد التطرق لأهم الأدبيات النظريه والتطبيقية المتعلقة بجودة الخطة العلاجية للأخصائي الاجتماعي بالمجال الطبي تم التوصل للنتائج التالية :
نتائج الدراسة :
1- جميع أبعاد الدراسة ذو مستوي عالي ومرتفع ويؤكد ذلك علي مدي اهتمام وحرص المجتمع علي الاهتمام بالمجال الطبي
2- جوده الاخصائي الاجتماعي في تفعيل الخطة العلاجية يأتي من المهارات والخبرات الي تم دراستها وتطبيقها .
Abstract
The study aimed to achieve the quality of the treatment plan in the medical field and relied on the descriptive approach. The data was collected based on the questionnaire through the five dimensions of the medical field and the quality of the treatment plan, which are (tangibility, reliability , responsiveness ,assurance , and empathy). The questionnaire was distributed to 120 social workers and the analysis was carried out by the spss program. The study found that there is effectiveness in the application and activation of the therapeutic plan with high quality by the social worker. The medical sector is considered one of the sensitive sectors in terms of providing services. After addressing the most important theory of literature and applied related to the quality of the treatment plan of the social worker in the medical field, the following results were reached Results of the study:
1-All dimensions of the study are of a high and high level, and this confirms the extent of the interest and keenness of the community to pay attention to the medical field
2-The quality of the social worker in activating the therapeutic plan comes from the skills and experiences that have been studied and applied
