الاستثمار المجتمعي وتنمية الموارد المالية ودوره في تحقيق الاستدامة بالمنظمات غير الربحية
الملخص:
الاستثمار المجتمعي هـــو المـــزج بيـــن مزايـــا الاســـتثمار الربحـــي ومزايـــا العمـــل الخيري للحصول على اســـتثمار مســـتدام في القيمـــة الماليـــة والاجتماعيـــة. استهدفت الدراسة الحالية تحديد وضع استراتيجيات الاستثمار المجتمعي كمدخل لتنمية الموارد المالية بالمنظمات غير الربحية، ودور الاستثمار (الآثر الاجتماعي) على استدامة المنظمات غير الربحية كأداة مهمة من أجل التحول الاجتماعي للمجتمع، والعقبات والمعوقات داخل وخارج المنظمة. وتوصلت نتائج الدراسة الى أن مستوى استخدام استراتيجيات الاستثمار المجتمعي ضعيف حيث بلغ الوسط الحسابي (38.25%). وجاءت عوائد الاستثمار المجتمعي: في المركز الأول المستوى الاجتماعي بوسط حسابي (2.46) ويليه المستوى البيئي بوسط حسابي (2.30)، ويليه المستوى المالي بوسط حسابي (2.08). كما جاءت العوامل البيئية التي تؤثر على اختيار استراتيجية الاستثمار بالجمعية: الترتيب الأول القيود الاقتصادية والمالية بنسبة (86%) ويليه الوعي الاستراتيجي بنسبة (80%)، ويليه التعقيد التكنولوجي بنسبة (60%)، ويليه التأثير السياسي أو الحكومي بنسبة (26%)، ويليه العولمة والتدويل بنسبة (16%). وأكدت النتائج أن مساهمة الاستثمار على أداء واستدامة الجمعية جاءت بمستوى متوسط حيث بلغ الوسط الحسابي (3.86)، حيث جاء في الترتيب الأول " توفر بيئة النزاهة والشفافية في العمل" بمتوسط حسابي (4.30)، وجاء في الترتيب الثاني " استمرارية تقديم الخدمات " (3.92)، وجاء في الترتيب الثالث " الجوانب الاجتماعية للاستثمار" (3.88)، وجاء في الترتيب الرابع " استقلالية الدخل للجمعيات (مدى مساهمة الاستثمار في الجمعيات الخيرية)" (3.82)، وجاء في التريب الخامس " تطوير عمل الجمعية " (3.74)، وجاء في الترتيب السادس والأخير " التمكين الاقتصادي في المجتمع " بمتوسط حسابي (3.48).

Community Investment , Development Of Financial Resources And Its Role in Achieving Sustainability In Nonprofit Organizations
Abstract:
Community investment is the combination of the advantages for profit investment and charitable work to obtain a sustainable investment in financial and social value. The current study aimed to identify reality of community investment strategies as approach of financial resources development in non-profit organizations, the role of investment (social impact) on the sustainability of non-profit organizations (NPOs), as an important tool for the social transformation of society, and the obstacles inside or outside the organization. The results of the study concluded that the level of use of community investment strategies is weak (38.25%). Returns on community investment came in first rank (the financial level) with a mean (2.46), (the social level) with a mean (2.30), (environmental level) with a mean (2.08). The environmental factors that affect the choice of organization's community investment strategy ranked first: economic and financial constraints at a rate (86%), strategic awareness at a rate (80%), technological complexity at a rate (60%), and political or governmental influence at a rate (26%), globalization and internationalization at a rate (16%). The results confirmed that the investment's contribution to the organization's performance and sustainability was at an average level, with the arithmetic mean (3.86), where came “providing an environment of integrity and transparency at work" with a mean (4.30), “continuity of service provision" (3.92), “Social Aspects of Investment" (3.88), “Independent Income for organizations" (3.82), “Developing the Association's Work" (3.74), In the sixth and final rank is “Economic Empowerment in Society" with a mean (3.48).
