الملخص:
استهدفت الدراسة التوصل لدور مقترح لأخصائي العمل مع الجماعات فى تعزيز نشر ثقافة ريادة الاعمال لدى الشباب، ويتحقق هذا الهدف من خلال تحقيق الاهداف الفرعيه التاليه : تحديد تصورات الشباب حول ريادة الاعمال والتعرف على متطلبات تعزيز ثقافة ريادة الاعمال وكذلك تحديد المعوقات المحتمله لمشروعات الشباب الرياديه وسبل مواجهتها، تنتمى هذه الدراسه للدراسات الوصفيه التحليلية وبالاعتماد على منهج المسح الاجتماعى عن طريق العينه، وقد بلغ حجم العينه (٢٩٩عضوا) بفريق التطوع بمراكز الشباب عينة الدراسة، اعتمدت الدراسه على دليل مقابله جماعيه مقننه. وتوصلت نتائج الدراسه الى مجموعه من المعوقات يرى الشباب انها قد تواجههم عند القيام بمشروع ريادى منها عدم توفر المشوره والمتابعه والتغيير المستمر فى الاجراءات التى تفرضها الحكومه وكذلك نقص المال الذى يهدد بعدم استكمال المشروع وايضا هروب العماله الفنيه الى جانب عدم القدره على تسويق المنتج والمنافسه فى السوق.

Summary
The study aimed to reach a proposed role for the group worker in promoting the dissemination of entrepreneurial culture among youth. This study belongs to descriptive analytical studies, and based on the social survey method by means of the sample. The sample size was (299 members) in the volunteering team in youth centers. The study was based on a group interview guide as a main tool .the results concluded that there are a set of obstacles that youth may face when carrying out an entrepreneurial project including the lack of advice and follow-up, and the continuous change in the procedures imposed by the government, as well as the lack of money that threatens not to complete the project, as well as the flight of technical workers, in addition to the inability to market the product and compete in the market.
