The purpose of this paper is to investigate how Green Human Resource Management Practices (GHRM) promotes hotel employees' green behavior (EGB) at Marsa Alam green resorts. The data were garnered from a pre-tested self-administrated questionnaire with 341 employees from 11 resorts. The study develops a structural equation model to advance the strand of research by offering insights into how GHRM practices promotes green behavior among hotel employees through and the mediation effect of employees' green perceived support. The results revealed that an employee's perception of training, rewards and recognition, significantly contribute to increasing employees' levels of perceived green OS and EGB. This study proposes that the hotel sector should extensively focus on GHRM practices and the monitoring and evaluation of green HRM practices are essential. Our findings assist HR managers via developing a practical framework to enhance the levels of perceived green OS and EGB for the effective sustainability promotion of green hotels.
