Abstract

Background: Aesthetic leadership in nursing encourages leaders to engage with their work in a way that integrates moral, emotional, and artistic dimensions, fostering an environment where decisions are guided not only by clinical knowledge but also by values of integrity, empathy, and ethical consideration. In the context of healthcare, particularly in nursing, aesthetic leadership has been shown to influence both patient outcomes and organizational culture. The research aimed to investigate the aesthetic leadership as a determinant of organizational integrity and clinical decision-making effectiveness among nurses. The Research design: A descriptive correlation design. Setting:  The study was applied on two hospitals at the Minia governorate. Sample:  A convenience sample (no.= 320). Tools of data collection: Three tools were used, 1st tool was Aesthetic Leadership, 2nd tool was Organizational Integrity, and the 3rd tool was Clinical Decision-Making Effectiveness. Results: Clarifies that above two thirds of nurses have fair level response of total aesthetic leadership, and more than half of them have moderate level response of total organizational integrity, in addition above half of them have fair level of total clinical decision-making effectiveness.  Conclusion: There was strongly positive correlation between aesthetic leadership and organizational integrity as well as clinical decision-making effectiveness among nurses.  Recommendations: Conduct a training program for various levels of nurse managers by Hospital administration to enhance aesthetic leadership.
