The current research aims to investigate the impact of using the cyclical sequence and snowballing strategies in the English language curriculum on developing environmental concepts and positive environmental behavior among fourth-grade primary school students. To achieve this goal, a list of environmental concepts included in the English language curriculum for fourth-grade primary school students was prepared. Considering this list, a test of environmental concepts consisting of twenty items was designed. A list of environmental behaviors associated with these concepts was also prepared, and a scale of environmental behavior consisting of twenty items was designed considering this list. The two strategies were experimented on three groups of fourth-grade female students at Sayyida Aisha Languages School, with a total of 105 students divided into three groups: two experimental groups of 70 students and a control group of 35 students. The results indicated the effectiveness of using the cyclical sequence and snowballing strategies in developing environmental concepts and positive environmental behavior among the students in the research groups, confirming the positive impact of the cyclical sequence and snowballing strategies. The research recommended the adoption of the cyclical sequence and snowballing strategies in the English language subject by primary school teachers, and the necessity of using them in other subjects in the primary education stage.
