The current study aimed to identify the social and environmental variables associated with patients' satisfaction with health services and to determine the nature of the relationship between social variables and patients' satisfaction with health services' as well as to analyze the nature of the relationship between environmental variables and patients' satisfaction with health services ‘The study sample consisted of patients residing in internal departments with a total of (300) patients. This study was applied to patients dealing with specialized medical hospitals represented in three hospitals, namely (Al-Haram Hospital, Al-Sadr Hospital, and Nasser Institute Hospital). The study relied on the scientific method through the sample social survey method, and the researcher relied on the questionnaire as a tool for collecting data in a way that is appropriate for the study. The results of the study revealed: the existence of a statistically significant correlation between the social variables (the social dimension scale). Represented in (respect for the customs, values, beliefs and privacy of patients, the relationship between patients and health service providers, the response of workers to provide service to patients) and patients' satisfaction with health services, There is statistically significant correlation between the environmental variables represented in (the location of the hospital from the outside, the location of the hospital from the inside the environment of the patients' residence rooms in the internal, departments, and the appropriate in the internal, mechanisms and equipment for the comfort and transportation of patients and patients' satisfaction with health services. There is a statistically significant correlation between variables (age, income, educational qualifications) and social variables and patients' satisfaction with health services. The results of the study recommended increasing attention to patients, creating social ties between service providers and patients, and improving the physical conditions of the hospital environment because of their impact on patient satisfaction.
