The study aimed to develop the psychological and environmental compatibility of security guards in light of the quality of life through a cognitive behavioral program. The study was conducted on a sample consisting of four hundred security guards who were trainees at the National Security Institute in the United Arab Emirates. The study relied on the descriptive approach by analyzing previous studies and related literature. In the field of study, and the experimental method: a one-group design was used, and the researcher used: the psychological compatibility scale, the environmental compatibility scale, and the quality of life scale. The results of the study revealed: There is a statistically significant difference between the average scores of the experimental group (pre and post) on the three scales and all their proposed dimensions after applying the proposed program in favor of the post application. This is due to their practice and learning of the sessions and topics of psychological and environmental compatibility in light of the quality of life, which included Distinctive training events and activities, which indicates that they were influenced by the proposed program. The researcher suggested conducting research similar to the current study dealing with different samples from the United Arab Emirates, and measuring its impact on developing their psychological and environmental compatibility
