The research aimed to study the effectiveness of a counseling program for developing self-actualization and the skill of solving environmental problems among university students. The environmental problems that were addressed through the program, and the study was applied to an intentional group of (62) male and female students from the Faculty of Education, Ain Shams University, Biology Department, first year. The aim of the research is to study the effectiveness of a counseling program Where the research group consisted of (32) female students, and the number of (30) students, thus the research group would be (62) the experimental group. The research tools represented in the measure of self-actualization and the skill of solving environmental problems were applied, and the results of the research showed that there was a statistically significant difference between the mean scores of the experimental group, the pre and post measurements, in favor of the post measurement.
