This strategic goal was not achieved as it is targeted in 2030, but the reality reflects a clear decline in the capacity of the agricultural sector, as the percentage of labor it absorbed in 2017 was estimated at about 25.5%, and it decreased to about 21.7%. In 2019, then decreased to about 20.6% in 2020, and the most important results of applying the balanced scorecard to the performance of the overall perspective of the company.
