The main objective of the current was studying effect of scouting activities on managerial life skills level among alexandria university students. The research followed the descriptive analytical approach, and the research data was collected through personal interviews using a questionnaire. A random sample of 400 students was selected, consisting of 200 students who are practicing scouting activity (100 males, 100 females), 200 students who are not practicing scouting activity (100 males, 100 females).Several statistical methods were used to describe and analyze the data represented in percentage and frequency distribution, t-test, chi-square test, Pearson's simple correlation coefficient and multiple regression function, using the computer program Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS V.24).
The study revealed that: - The general level of practicing managerial life skills was moderate and high for (89.5%) of scouting practitioners, compared to (56.55%) for non-practitioners of scouting activities.- The level of personal values ​​was high for (49.5%) of Scout activity practitioners, compared to only (6%) of the sample of non-Scout activity practitioners.- The level of practicing scout activity was high for (67%) of the scout activity practitioners.- There were statistically significant differences between the average scores of the respondents' students who were practicing and non-practicing the scouting activity regarding each of the level of practicing managerial life skills, the level of personal values was associated to the practitioners of the scouting activity.- There were significant differences between the distribution of respondents' students according to the practice of scouting activity as an independent variable and each of the level of practicing of managerial life skills, the level of personal values ​​were dependent variables.  -  There was a significant positive correlation between the level of practicing managerial life skills and each of: academic performance, number of information sources, while the relationship was negative  significant with the sequencing among brothers, place of residence,  family size. It also found that there was a significant positive correlation between the level of personal values and each of: academic performance, the number of information sources, while the relationship was negative significant with the place of residence, and the sequencing among brothers. - There was a significant positive correlation between practicing level of managerial life skills (for scout activity practitioners) and each of: number of years in scout activity, number of times participation in scout camps, participation level of scout activities, role and importance of scout activity practicing , effect degree of scout activity on personal values highlighting, level of scouting activity, and also level of personal values. In addition, there was a significant positive correlation between the level of personal values ​​(for Scout activity practitioners) and each of: number of years in scout activity, number of times participation in scout camps, participation level of scout activities, role and importance of scout activity practicing , effect degree of scout activity on personal values highlighting, level of scouting activity-The independent variables : level of practicing scouting activity, gender, sample type ( whether practitioners or non-practitioners of scouting activity) all together have significantly affect level of managerial life skills practicing by (72.6%), the independent variables (sample type, whether practitioners or non-practitioners of scouting activity, gender , family size, sequencing among brothers, student's work, nature of student's work, and mother's profession) all together have significantly affect level of personal values by (84.6%).
