Abstract

The study aimed to verify the psychometric Characteristics of the reading comprehension scale among a sample of first-year basic education students with academic learning difficulties, The study sample consisted of (50) male and female students in the fourth, fifth, and sixth grades of primary school, whose ages ranged between (9-12) years, with an average age of (10.30). ), and a standard deviation of (0.948), The study used the following statistical methods: t-test, correlation coefficient, Cronbach's alpha coefficient, and the results confirmed the validity and reliability of the scale.
