Abstract

This paper focuses on several dimensions the first dimension focuses on basic Approaches to define sever and multi-handicap individuals, such as developmental approach, that focuses on differential variance between all aspects of development like that chronological age and other aspects of development. The second dimension focuses on characteristics of severe and multi-handicap students. The third title of paper focuses on prevalence rates of severe and multi-handicap students depend on accurate statistics. The fourth dimension focuses on qualifying Rehabilitation, Academic, Strategies and Programs.
