مستخلص: هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على علاقة الذكاء الاجتماعي بإدارة الأزمات لدى المرشدات الطلابيات في مدارس تعليم جدة مستخدمة المنهج الكمي الوصفي الارتباطي، على عينة عشوائية بسيطة مكونة من) 267( من المرشدات الطلابيات في مدارس تعليم جدة، باستخدام استبانة من إعداد الباحثة عن الذكاء الاجتماعي، وأخرى عن إدارة الأزمات.  وأشارت النتائج إلى أن مستوى الذكاء الاجتماعي لدى المرشدات الطلابيات عال، وأن مستوى إدارة الأزمات لدى المرشدات الطلابيات كان ذا درجة عالية جد ا، كذلك تبين وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى( 10.0=α) في مستوى الذكاء الاجتماعي تعزى لمتغير عدد الدورات التدريبية لدى المرشدات الطلابيات لصالح أصحاب الفئة أكثر من 10 دورات، وتبين كذلك وجود علاقة ارتباطية موجبة متوسطة ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى( 0.01) بين الذكاء الاجتماعي وإدارة الأزمات لدى المرشدات الطلابيات.              Social Intelligence and its Relationship to the Management of Crisis with Guides Students in Jeddah Education Schools Abstract The study aimed at identifying a social intelligence relationship with crisis management at guides for students in Jeddah Education Schools. The relational quantitative descriptive approach has been used. The study was applied to a simple random sample consisting of (267) of the studental guides in Jeddah Education Schools. Where a questionnaire was used about social intelligence, and other difficulties about crisis management.  The results indicated that the level of social intelligence at student guides was high. And that the level of crisis management at student guides was very high. There is also statistically significant differences at the level of (α = 0.01) at the level of social intelligence attributable to the variable number of training courses for student guides for more than 10 sessions. It also shows a significant positive relationship with statistically significant statistical at (0.01) among social intelligence and crisis management of student guides.
