Abstract

 The aim of this paper is to discuss descriptive adjectives in the syntax of Luganda. It deals
with their function, position in noun phrase and their degree. It also explores the order of
adjectives in the noun phrase and its hierarchy in Bantu languages in general and
Luganda language in specific.
