Background: Acne is a very  common  disease  affecting both sexes.  The most  important complication following active acne inflammation is post acne scars. Patients and methods: This study included treatment of 30 patients suffering.from post acne scarring. Patients were divided into 3 groups; group I had erbium YAG laser resuifacing, group II had subcision  and fat transfer, and group  III received  triple  therapy;  laser  resurfacing, subcision, and fat injection. Results:  The triple treatment  modality showed overall  better outcome without significant complications. Conclusion:  The triple treatment  modality  is a good and safe modality. Other treatment modalities  can   be   added  to   this  combined  modality  to   be   more effective.
