The study aimed to the reality of creative educational supervision from the point of view of educational supervisors in Dammam on a sample (42) supervisors and supervisors of the Arabic language in the secondary stages. The researcher designed the questionnaire that she prepared to obtain data to achieve the objectives of the study using a number of questionnaires and previous studies، and the study reached results، the most important of which are Educational supervisors provide a creative educational work environment that keeps pace with contemporary educational trends، work to transfer the experiences and expertise of others with creative additions، qualify educational competencies in various tracks، the absence of material reinforcement allocated to research on educational supervision، we weaken the educational supervision budget compared to the educational reality dedicated to qualifying Educational specialists، lack of material incentives allocated to the educational specialist، there are no statistically significant differences between the average responses of the study sample members to the obstacles facing educational supervisors to specialize in Arabic language in Dammam in the light of the Kingdom's vision 2030 according to the gender variable، and among the recommendations of the study: Increasing the necessary means to monitor Challenging activities. Availability of resources and references in school libraries، encouraging the use of various supervisory methods، benefiting from the results of educational research.
