Abstract

Twenty local isolates had been obtained from skin nodules and skin scapes from 3 different localities Nag-Hamadi, New Vally and Mousha, El-Badary (Assiut in Up < /strong>per Egyp < /strong>t). These isolates were identified by their cytopathogenic effect on CAM, MDBK and LT. As well as serologically by solid phase Elisa Technique and surm neutralization test.
