The study aims to identify the impact of the use of technological developments on the cost and quality of the educational process in the government of Iraqi universities.

of the decision makers in universities and thus lead to the optimal use of resources, and the application of ICT in government institutions of higher education to help develop curricula keep pace with modern scientific developments and contribute to increasing the effectiveness of education, and the quality of learning outcomes.
